I have regularly seen the same doctor who has treated me well and ensured he is resolving my eye issue as quickly as possible whilst processing treatment in different stages. The service telephones me to offer an appointment which may sound a simple thing but it makes booking so much easier rather than sitting on hold waiting or other similar issues. Signed in at reception, was directed upstairs and within a few minutes was called in to the first part of the appointment. Then a few minutes later called in to the second part of the appointment.
